  PROVISIONAL REGISTRATION STARTS from 01.06.2020.

  PROVISIONAL DIRECT ADMISSION in Class XI will be done on the basis of Std IX final term marks/Std X mock test result marks and subsequent online written test and online interview.

  Admission will take on first cum first served basis for limited seats.

For admission of the students, the parents are required to produce :

• The School Leaving Certificate/Transfer Certificate signed by the Head of the Institution last
attended and counter signed by D.E.O.
• A certificate of Date of Birth (issued by Municipal Corporation)
• Certificate of good conduct/moral character.
• Certified Copies of the Mark sheet of the last examination cleared
• A recent passport size photograph.
• No one will be admitted to a next higher class unless he/she is promoted.
• Admission will be granted to the class for which the candidate is suitable.
• If a child is admitted in the middle of the session, the tuition fees will have to be paid from April to the month of admission.


FINAL ADMISSION of provisionally admitted students will be done after declaration of Xth board results 2020 subject to fulfillment of cut off marks for Science, commerce and Arts streams separately.

Steps for Registration for Class XI

1. Open the link www.grkschoolranchi.com in your browser.(Please do enable your popup allow setting from your browser setting)
2. Click on the Online Registration link on the displayed page.
3. Click on the Govindram Kataruka School Icon
4. Kindly read the Guidelines and click the Proceed button.
5. Fill the Online form displayed on your screen by selecting Class as XI.
6. Take out printout of filled form and submit it along with all related documents at Office between 8.30 am to 2.30 pm.
7. Online written test and Interview will be conducted within 7 days of submission of the form.
8. Kindly make sure that the correct Whatsapp mobile number is provided for the interview.
9. Online Classes will start from 3rd Week of June,2020.
